They told us the showers and toilets were beyond minging. The manager is very rude. We travelled alot of miles so I could visit my sick father over the Easter weekend, because there was not sufficient hard standing pitches we had to leave, my partner has been driving for 6hrs already at this point, the manager would not refund the full amount of a 3 night stay and electric which was £85. Times are hard for everyone, but it does not mean as a manager you can be rude and pointless blank refuse and refund!!
