Nice clean warm toilets, good security gated x 2 . Great price for 4 nights on a super pitch ( £100 )

Need pathway/ gravel up to the bins/Chemical Toilet sheds, as everyone else has put, the road is very busy and a bit noisy, probably more noticeable in the summer when you are outside, 10 mins to Stratford-upon-Avon , we loved it ,defo worth a few visits, Maybe a caravan site sign as we nearly missed it 😉

Cleanliness, privacy and security. Such a wonderful place for us all to stay for the weekend. It felt safe and secure for our little boys and dog too.

Detailed email to assist with arrival procedures. All went smoothly. Nice big pitches, spaced well apart. Bathroom clean and modern.

We didn't use the main bathroom down the end but the little bathroom up at the top had extremely tiny cubicles for both loo and shower. Bit awkward, but very clean.

3 nights we stayed, This is perfect little site for a visit and explore of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon, which have so much to offer. The site is clean tidy and we received a warm welcome. Nice and quiet just as we like it , electric and water worked great even at 0 degrees. We did connect to WIFI but who needs WIFI when away. The uber cost us £11 each way to Stratford but well worth it for us both to enjoy a drink. So much to do in this area we didn’t even tip the iceberg. We will be back. The site even though February was lovely, and private, huge space between caravans but all pitches were full. As described you do get noise from road but nothing I couldn’t sleep through. I can’t wait to return.

Level hardstanding. EHU and water tap for each pitch. Very clean toilets. Lovely hot showers. Very spacious site. Friendly staff. Secure, coded, entry.

Friendly owner you gave us lots of local infor about where to eat and drink etc. Tidy, level & quiet site with very good shower facilities. Looking forward to staying again.

Everything. Excellent entry/exit system, very large pitches each with ehu & water, good clean facilities, grey waste & rubbish disposal, great price :)

Wifi poor but 4 & 5G signal good
