Site layout was great, Toilets compact but modern & clean, Showers were good. Within easy walking distance from the local village which has a great village store & a nice pub. Added bonus Cobbs farm shop....

Some road noise but I popped mi ear plugs in & slept like a baby.

Pitches are massive, clean tidy facilities with proper showers that get very hot, lovely warm welcome from the owner and very knowledgeable about the area. Situated 10 mins from Warwick and Stratford upon Avon loads to do in the area great for exploring the midlands. It is right behind the A46 which has road noise at all hours but didn't bother us and isn't too bad in the van.

Road noise

Spacious clean and tidy site. Very good facilities. Free apples from the trees planted around the pitches. Proximity to our site seeing goals. Friendly owner Deb.

As pre warned there was road noise day and night. Not a site for peace and quiet, but great for going out and site-seeing.

Spacious level pitches, water and ehu on pitch , on site toilets and showers , WiFi although patchy cover.
Owner met us at pitch, very friendly

Fabulous location and huge pitch with water connection. Shower block small but clean with plenty of hot water.

Lovely little site, set in an orchard.
Great location within easy reach of Stratford. Fantastic pitches with own water and electric supply to each, loads of space around each pitch. Helpful friendly owners. Excellent toilets and showers. Nearby pub serving fantastic food.

Pitch size and locality to Warwick and Stratford.

Facilities where tired, poorly designed and need some tlc and road noise although had been warned

Tidy site pitch’s where good although suppling water but no drains is a little silly

But the shower blocks are a joke sorry but one man and in women’s shower and toilet just don’t cut it and there’s one other which is either but no heating make it very cold

Ease of booking, access to site. Used before on our travels.
