Great clean and tidy site. Toilets immaculate as were the grounds. Great pub on site, entertainment on the Saturday was excellent. Really friendly staff all around. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on returning. Free WiFi provided.

Noise from road but didn’t keep us awake.

Spacious flat Pitches close to plenty of walks and country side and bar on site was a bonus good showers too.

Road noise

We stopped here for a one night stay on our way up to Wales. We had a really lovely friendly welcome and were given a choice of pitches as they weren’t overly busy. The site was immaculate and the pitches were spacious and large. A nice pub across the road and a lovely garden centre next door were really handy. The toilets and showers were also immaculate. The shower pressure was really good and the temperature was lovely and warm. Lots of information and books available in Reception. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is traffic noise as you are right next to a busy road. This did not bother us in the slightest as we were there for just one night and I had read about this on other reviews.

Great site nice and flat gravel pitches, Club house was good and a pub right across the for nice food.

Push button showers and road noise which didn't bother us but if you we're a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Road noise only down side as right beside busy A road wouldn’t recommend if you was light sleeper or hate lorry’s sounding like they are coming into your caravan at 2am lol

Toilet floors could do with refit as looks all bubbly and main male door of reception needs planning to close as does not close fully

Location, staff, onsite facilities and bar. The toilet and showers are spotless and warm. Lots of options for walks nearby and the local town is a nice distance away for a stroll

For me it wasn’t a big deal but the noise from the duel carriageway that runs along the back of the site is a little noisy. That said this is the third time I have stayed here and I will return.

A modern, very well maintained and friendly site. We were looking for a few days peace and relaxation between Christmas and new year with our two dogs and that's exactly what we got. We'll definitely be back in the future. For the more adventurous there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
