Lovely quiet location with great views and walking distance to a few pubs and ice cream places. The host was amazing and very informative providing us with info on local attractions and all the places on walking distance.

Very quiet, friendly and warm welcome, did exactly what it was described as .
No frills and back to basics.
Not for anyone who isn't prepared to expect basic site.
I would return again no worries about that.

Great Communication from owner on the day of arrival. All pitches were hard standing, level and clearly well maintained by the owner. Brilliant views surrounding the campsite and a short drive to nearby towns.

Remote and beautiful countryside. Very Clean. Very basic. Very safe and secure. Jack, the farmer was helpful with directions and suggestions for cycling and eating out in the area..... we had a very satisfying and enjoyable meal at the Bull's Head in Monyash at his suggestion.
We had EHU and a water tap.
There is toilet waste disposal and grey water disposal and bins for rubbish.
There is no toilet and shower block, but we knew this .

Nothing to dislike here

Quiet and picturesque. A great base in the high peaks
