The site allows campfires which is really nice in the late summer as nights become colder.
I was pitched close to the playground which was great as it just me and my 8yr old son (meant he could go play and I could keep an eye on him from my tent).
The site is conveniently located between two villages walking distance away (15 and 30min walk).
Upon leaving the campsite at the end of our stay my son asked if we could go back next year (which he hasn't asked at other sites).

Thanks for your review , we do have a complete mix of pitch types at the campsite. When booking you can always request a flat, shaded , sunny, corner or quiet pitch in the notes section and we will always try to accommodate those requests. This august was the busiest weekend in the campsites entire existence, we were overbooked by four pitches so we had to create a few extra pitches to accommodate familes instead of cancelling their holidays. We’ve also noticed that lot of customers are bringing more than one vehicle per pitch, so when we close this season we are creating a dedicated car park. We also hand out a welcome sheet which advises customers to park their vehicles in their pitch, unfortunately some customers chose to not follow this advice . We’re also adding 6 extra toilets and five showers. We’re always seeking to improve the camping experience for our customers so welcome you to try us again next year.
