Thanks for your review, when you approached me whilst I was cleaning the toilets and asked to be moved pitch due to your cable not reaching the hookup point. I informed you it could be up to an hours wait. All our pitches are pre assigned so it’s not a simple , quick task. Our website states to bring a 25 meter cable. Not the 3 meter cable you did bring. We also have a notes section where you could have told me you only had a 3 meter cable and we would have placed you closer to the hookup point. I’m sorry you felt this way, we had a very successful, busy weekend despite the constant rain. We had multiple reviews left mentioning the cleanliness of the toilets. So obviously you’re angry I couldn’t move you to a different pitch sooner , but your statement of the toilets not being cleaned once is factually incorrect. I cleaned them multiple times during the day, all the way up to 11pm at night. Next time when booking , check the information clearly and I’d advise investing in a longer hookup cable.
