Nothing! Awful service!

Opening hours are not as online. Phoned reception number for the person to only be able to speak French! So couldn't understand me although website states they speak English aswell! Any members of staff on site could only speak French so couldn't help me. We were locked out of the campsite with no where to stay with 2 young children and a 8 week old baby! They then turned the phone off so no way to contact them either!!! Terrible service!

It's close to the lovely old town of Bagnoles.

It took an hour to check in at Reception as it had one person trying to deal with a long queue of people.
Despite booking several months ago, we were allocated a tiny pitch at the far end of the site.
It all seemed a bit grubby and uncared for.

The location to the town, the spaciousness of the pitch, the cleanliness of the toilet and shower block. Helpful staff. Great value for money.

Separate sections of showers/wash-hand basins with the toilet block.
Others walking through pitch to access different parts of site.
Strange opening times of reception - but this I feel was due to lack of staff.

The town was lovely and the campsite was in a good position to enable a not too lengthy walk into it. Lovely clean and well maintained facilities. Good snack bar

Unfortunately on arrival, Saturday, we got there at 2pm as both Pitch up and their website stated arrival between 9am-6pm. The reception only opened 10-12 and then 3:30-7pm!!! There was already a queue of 5 motorhome/other camping parties in front of us plus another 4 parties after us. It was like a stampede to create a queue outside reception and we waited 55 minutes after opening time to book in. We were then shown our pitch by the receptionist’s daughter who was about 9yrs old. She did not know the whereabouts of the motorhome point so we did not bother. Our pitch was deeply rutted so we were unable to put table and chairs outside.
We could have complained but we were there for only 2 nights so my husband preferred not to!
I think that reception opening hours, even if changeable, should be advertised as while we were there our experience was duplicated and queues were happening with motorhomes in particular.

Nice site, facilities were good, only a short walk into town where you are spoilt for choice for places to eat.
Pastries and bread available to order for breakfast and a snack bar that does the tastiest food, with the option of eating in or taking out, we had to moules.

Pitch was very dusty which meant we were constantly sweeping out the camper.

Really nice site Sven was very helpful.

Everything!!! The staff very friendly. Very clean. Everything you needed was in a short walk. Very good services. All round brilliant stay.

Great location and the facilities were of a high standard. The staff were very helpful. We also have a dog and found some great walks within walking distance of the campsite. Bagnoles is a beautiful place and we’ll worth a visit.

Nothing to dislike

Everything - sanitary block was great, shower warm, toilets clean.
The receptionist made an exception to my being a bit late and stayed on shift longer - unbelievable kindness.

The town is gorgeous, little restaurants, coffee bars, heaps of character.

I had a great massage at a place recommended to me by the reception lady.

Very happy camper!

Super friendly staff, excellent pitch and choice. Short stroll to town centre by foot or a shuttle bus is available
