Proximity to town, ease of access, good communal facilities, friendly and helpful caretaker, neat surroundings and pleasant location and greenery. Response to email query was prompt, helpful and friendly. Good value

Showers set very high and large spread nozzle, would have preferred to have something adjustable if possible -

Sim gostei muito, a piscina estava muito boa, os balneários são limpos, tem zonas para descarregar águas sujas, a atendente foi super simpática e prestativa pois pedimos para trocar de lugar e ela conseguiu um lugar melhor para ficarmos este dia.

Apenas a internet Wi-Fi que não estava pegando bem pois o sinal é fraco em alguns locais do Camping.

Quiet campsite close to lovely town of Spa

Toilets and showers need attention.
No soap or hand dryers in toilets.
Floors and walls constantly wet in bathrooms caused by inadequate ventilation for showers and showers spraying all over the floors.
Self check in site, we were greeted by rather rude warden when we were setting up, telling us we should have checked out hours ago. Did apologise when we explained we had only just arrived

site was clean and tidy and was 25min walk to town

no lights on outside of toilets at night

Location was the biggest hit for us, ideally located to the town and Thermes de Spa

Several arrival including us were left in the dark a little on arrival due to remote check but not email to facilitate this.
Fortunately we located Lesley the onsite staff member who sorted it eventually

De vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie verzorgde camping.

Easy to access, not too many people. Toilets were mostly clean.

We were right by the road so lots of noise. The pitch was sloping so I couldn't get any sleep. It had been raining so the ground was completely muddy. As others have said, no hand soap in the toilets.

Limited options to buy food/drinks (only on machines). Toilets have no soap and need more frequent cleaning.
