Family kart hire was lots of fun for the kids, outdoor pool was good once we got into it although the gravel on the floor of the pool and water quality was disconcerting.

The day didn't start well as i had to litter pick our pitch before we could put the tent up. Once the tent was assembled we then found the power supply wasn't working, our neighbours lent us their power and my partber went off to ask the staff at reception but it was just after 7pm and they had closed and all my partner got was a dirty look. We eventually found the info and number to call for the out of hours team and they came out and fixed it within 20 minutes so then we were sorted but had to change our meal plans due to the lack of power and complaining children on arrival. The daytime was quiet and peaceful but when we were trying to sleep there were 2 nights out of 3 where we heard shouting as other pitches confronted eachother about unacceptable noise. Every morning there was rubbish strewn around the camp, possibly from annimals getting to unsecured bins which wasn't great. We missed out on the outdoor pool on day 2 because the lack of booking system wasn't clear.

Showers you constantly had to hold the button to get water very difficult to wash your hair.
The toilet block needed more regular checks / cleaning.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful could t have asked for more info as it was all given straight away A* for effort

Ground was a tad dusty and really hard to get pegs into for the tent.

The ticket price for prizes was ridiculous high would have to spend close to £100 to win something worth 2-3 pounds.

Pizzas in the entertainment centre were nice and the kids enjoyed the evening entertainment. The boats in the indoor swimming pool were fun.

It was close to lots of local attractions so thankfully didn’t have to spend too much time on site!

Everything else! Our pitch was full of litter when we arrived (including a broken chair). Lots of big holes in our pitch which meant we were constantly tripping over and we had to spend quite a long time clearing away large stones before we could pitch up.

Toilet facilities were disgusting - 9 times out of 10 there was no toilet roll, hair everywhere, clearly not cleaned regularly as there was one sink blocked for an entire day. Soap dispensers hanging off the wall and mostly water. Most of the toilets didn’t really flush so they soon got blocked up.

Outdoor swimming pool was really dirty, we were constantly untangling other people’s hair from our hands and legs. It was also really busy and we were constantly being stood on and could barely move. Also very confusing as to when you could and couldn’t book for swimming.

Shop was quite a walk from the campsite with two small children, including having to cross quite a busy road. When we went to the shop they had no milk, no bread, and no fresh fruit or anything. We had to get in the car and go buy basics from the Morrisons 10 minutes down the road.

For £150 for 3 nights camping I expected a lot better facilities. Everything was very tired and photos were clearly stock photos from other park dean sites or taken a very long time ago!

Staff were great apart from one guy in the arcade who when we told him our tickets hadn’t come out of the machine he grunted at us, and then walked over and got us 10 tickets out and walked off even though I told him we had won 25 tickets.

I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Only thing I liked it is the dish wash room . And a small swimming pool and water slide.

The service of reception lady was terrible. Me and my friend went there ask put us next to each other they said the try it and the lady at reception said they can’t do anything about it and ask me leave the pitch which I paid for it. The pitch between me and my friend we ask move to even didn’t turn up while we are there for two nights. I think she even never care about her customers. Also our pitch they give to us it is in front of men’s toilet it is on the pass .i ask them change to other pitch which they refused .

Location was great was very close to all the facilities and amenities. Warm showers, clean and tidy. Bar was lovely, table service was simple, quick and efficient. Pool was lovely and clean and staff all very helpful.

Only criticisms are the showers needed to be pushed constantly so washed hair one handed which was awkward and lack of toilet paper in a few cubicles so had to check a few before I found one with paper, thankfully I took my own so once I realised there was a toilet paper shortage I took my own with me.

Was a very pleasant stay at breydon waters. The staff were very freindly and made us welcome. Entertainment was very good. lots to do for the whole family, we all enjoyed our stay. Toilet block was very clean until our last night but think that was due to the new campers coming in and not the site as this morning before we left the staff were in there cleaning it. Thank you

just the change in the cleanliness of the toilet block.

Dog friendly the freedom to bring dogs into the food/bar venue and dedicated area at the outdoor pool.

Nice little dog friendly walk to borough castle wall ruins

Super friendly staff , 10ish minute drive to the pleasure beach and Great Yarmouth in general.

Chinese and fish & chip shop a matter of a minute or two drive down the road.

The lack of space between tents / pitches.Entertainment was quite small , only one venue on the site for food. Was advertised as dog friendly with walking routes but there was only one route.

The facilities, the family feel

The 30 minute round walk to the shop. The pitch ground - solid and full of rocks making it hard to put pegs in (passing member of staff apologised saying it was a known problem, and might be able to find us bigger pegs if that would help). The pool party - it was fun with all the inflatables, but it wasn’t what was advertised with games and races, it was literally just adding inflatables for 30 minutes which having paid £7 each as a family felt overpriced. The fact that all of the activities for kids were chargeable, apart from those for younger children.

The outdoor pool & entertainment for the kids & the food was good quality too.

Showers where a little awkward to use because when pressing the button to turn the water on it only stayed on for maybe 10 seconds so not long enough to shower properly & too difficult for kids to shower themselves because too hard for them to press.
