It was clean and tidy, there wasnt much for the kids to do and was no where near the beach as stated however hook and set up were fine. We had to book a place for the first night as was to late to check in. Which resulted in an unwanted expenditure of £70. As staying in the car wasnt viable for the children. The two pitches i requested were miles apart so one was useable disappointing but not a deal breaker. Some of staff were amazing and helpful and others were so rude.

The female toilets were a bit dirty and the showers were dirty and you had to keep the button pressed in to make the water come out so hair washing and back of body washing were difficult.

Staff was nice and polite

Shower blocks were nice and clean but you had to keep your hand on the shower button to get water which was not good trying to wash hair and body with just one hand x paid £71 for week out of season which was a great bargain but when asked if we could stay one extra night they wanted £54 for the one nyt,so because of this we didn't stay the extra nyt

The site had every facility that you could possibly ask for and more. Really lovely people. Burgh Castle being so close.

Nothing to dislike.

We arrived in early September for 3 nights. Warm welcome from site staff. The pitch had plenty of room but was worn and muddy, we were able to manoeuvre into a drier area. We were close to facilities and the site was quiet. We were able to walk to a nearby bus stop which took us into Great Yarmouth. We liked the price per night. We didn’t use any of the other facilities eg pool, bar, entertainment.

The women’s shower and toilet facilities! Although there were lots of toilets and showers available, some were not fit to use. Through no fault of the site, some of the toilets were not fit to use (as a previous review stated) the toilets were left soiled and in a disgusting state! Why do people not clean up after themselves? Again as said in previous reviews, the showers had a push button system for the water, you had to hold it in with one hand to get a continuous stream while trying to wash yourself. The shower head was sooo close to the tiling, you couldn’t get under the jet easily. This needs to be rectified. The was up area was fine although, again, people didn’t leave it as they should, food left in sinks etc.

Lovely area for walking, and for easy access to the coast by motor or bus, Bus stop not far from site.
Outside pool and entertainment on site, also place to eat, can recommend the mega breakfasts.
Chinese takeaway and Fish and chips delivered to site.

As visited near end of season pitch grass was rather worn, would recommend taking an outside mat of some sort.

Good sized pitch and site. Added bonus of indoor and outdoor pool.
