The weather. The pitch was large. Facilities are clean, everything works.

The showers are operating on a push button, which one needs to keep pressed on, a bit difficult to wash yourself at the same time. Also the water could be hotter in the showers, as it was hot in the room for washing plates, but not warm enough in the showers.

Didn’t like the swimming pool, had black bits floating in the baby pool, small tiles on the floor
Green round the pool, water wasn’t great looking either

We had everything we needed on and around the sites. Caters for all abilities, we had our son with additional needs with us and he managed the site well too. Even when it is Halloween, having trick or treaters come by.

You have the ruins of the castle a short walk from the site and the river running by too great for dog walking and getting out and about.

Staff were welcoming and approachable if ever needed. Facilities were clean and warm every time we used them.

Overall and lovely site and would recommend to anyone looking for a touring site nearby.

Hearing that the site may be changing in years to come to static only park.

Grandkids Frist time they love it and want go back next had so much fun lots of things to do

Just the shower blocks need updating

Amazing stay and excellent value for money, l would highly recommend this to all. The facilities were clean and tidy, and were regularly checked. Plenty of hot water available for showers and for the washing up. We also enjoyed the the option of an indoor pool and gym, although in the summer they have an outside pool too.
From the brochure l could see that there was Plenty for families , lots of choices for kids activities.
Loved the fact you can order food and drinks from your table via the app . Bingo was great fun , entertainment good.

Very nice site, clean and tidy.
Staff all very friendly Especially reception staff. Very clean shower block plus always nice and warm even in the colder weather. Great club house, really nice food in the restaurant.

The showers could definitely do with more time once you push the button as you have to keep your hand on them to get water, so there for can’t really shower properly. Other than that good facilities in the shower block.

Showers/facilities were good

The entertainment area was unclean-the stage/floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

I liked the rural feel of the site, with horse paddocks across the road, but with a bus stop not far away. Toilet and showers kept clean; with hot water showers. Helpful, friendly greeting staff.

Overall a great site to stay on i have a 15yr old, 9yr old and 5months old children me and my partner all of us enjoyed it here!

We will definitely be back! Plenty to do on site!

We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay twice! All the staff were lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble!

The shower button 😂 you have to hold the button in whilst showering was a good laugh though!

We couldnt check out late, we did ask but it wasnt an issue, just us being lazy lol
