The Wild Boar Farm at the bottom of the hill was a really fun day out and good value for money. The toilets/showers were nice and modern and clean. The washing up area was good. I liked that you could choose your spot to pitch the tent and that there were little picnic benches available. Loved the fairy lights at night in the trees.

The only reason I have noted this is because we really struggled to find something to eat for dinner (lack of organisation on my part) and a bbq wasn’t an option with the bad weather so ended up doing a 40 min round trip in the car to find food. Some little sandwiches or something would go down a treat.
