Lots of space and areas to camp and good facilities.

Nothing to dislike

Nice big field with pick your own pitch. River running through one side with several access points to it. We pitched on the river side as our dogs love a paddle. The site is away from the road and quiet. Clean toilets and nicely decorated inside. Fire pits for use and bags of wood available for a small price. Really appreciated the text message from owner the day before with info and contact details. We don't expect too much from wild sites, so were really happy with the level of service.

Only one toilet open out of 3, but it was out off main srason and I'm sure there was a good reason.

First visit to avon wild camping. Had a lovely weekend, very relaxing and chilled place. Sun was blazing and it was nice to cool down in the river.

No dog poo bins.

Really nice area, loads of activities and freedom.
Clean toilets all the time.
The water pressure was a bit slow but still okay.
Option to buy wood from the owner ,good price too.

Could pitch where you liked, river was accessible in many places children absolutely loved it. Would recommend arriving early as it was rather busy site with most of the spots by the river taken. Will definitely be returning next to year.

The play area was just a table tennis and football table both seen better days no balls as other children had thrown them into the nettles unfortunately. As a play area was advertised I was expecting a park or something a bit more for kids to actually play.

River is nice, kids in there all day swimming in kayaks and paddle boards. Unlimited space to pitch. Some trees to hide from sunshine. Shops close.

As described so will not affect my ranting, you will need to take rubbish with you where within that price even on the sea side you've got bins provided. Seem to bee little overpriced for what you get compare to others. Also gate should be 2m inside as you need to park on road where people may ram your ride at 60mph.
