Everything! It's a great site! Love the fact they have wifi and supply you with an aerial connection.
We came by ourselves this time to celebrate a birthday, but we will be back in the summer with the dogs!
Site owners are extremely friendly and helpful!

What an absolute gem only an hour away from home for us. Everything was spot on, we use our caravan as a base to go out exploring, we visited Skipton town, Bolton Abbey, did the 3 peaks and ate at some beautiful local pubs. The welcome pack was incredible, especially the star gazing. I'm an early riser anyway so got up at 4am to see a stunning clear sky, it was truly breathtaking! We will absolutely be back next season! The toilets and showers were spotless and warm, although as mentioned are a little walk from the site, we loved the walk as we spotted so many wild rabbits and the views were incredible. The wifi was also great for us, meant the kids could have a film on in the evening. Thank you Indi 😊

A play area for the kids would be the only improvement, however our kids had scooters so it didn't stop them playing

We've stayed as Ash Keys a good few times now and this stay was as good as the rest. We love the relaxed and peaceful feel of this site. Listening to the owls at night is wonderful and the site is so quiet we can sleep in until fully rested.
The facilities are spotless as usual which could be difficult with them being in sheds but they are some of the cleanest (if not the cleanest) toilets we've ever used. The pitches are massive and well spaced so you don't have to listen to anyone else's music or loud TV. It's bliss.
I know some people might want lights by the pitches but we definitely don't (nothing a good head torch doesn't fix anyway). The darkness makes for some amazing stargazing. We managed to photograph the comet, a few shooting stars and the starlink satellites on this holiday.
Although the showers are a little walk from the pitches we see it as a little adventure and my daughter and I have lovely chats walking there and back with our head torches. The showers are spotless, hot and a lovely pressure. You can adjust the temperature and move the shower head which is so much better than other shower blocks we've used.
You can really feel the love and care that's gone into this site. The welcome summer house has lots of information and laminated walk cards to borrow. There are dvds and books too. The welcome pdf Indi sends out is one of the most comprehensive welcome packs we've ever received and has helped us with walks, pub recommendations etc.
The dog field is brilliant and is one of the main reasons we first looked at Ash Keys and is one of the many reasons we return. It's fully enclosed and has a water dish, tap and poo bin. Our Labrador loves playing with his frisbee off lead and safe. It's safe to say we'll be regular visitors to Ash Keys for many years to come.

every thing about this site is spot on plus it has a great dog field and the owners were first class, i stayed an extra 7 nights, this speaks for itself. will go again...

having to leave could not change hospital appointment.............
