It is full of families and dogs having the time of their lives.No me gustó: The toilets are ok but showers are not great. You have to repeatedly press the button to get the water to run. Bring cable ties or something to hold the button in and that makes it a slightly better experience. Toilets and shower in the same room so can be humid when someone just showered.

Pleased you enjoyed your visit to us, and enjoyed the lake etc. We do have 3 water taps in the Cidermill field and 1 in the lake side field just through the gap in the hedge, perhaps we need more signage if you perhaps didn't find them, we are very sorry about that.

Thank you for your comments and pleased you enjoyed yourselves. Not sure whether you also saw the additional toilets and showers in the actual cidermill (brick building) if in the cidermill field and also if you were in the orchard field we have 2 toilet blocks available to use too.

Thank you for your comments, and i hope you did find our play area - near to the lake, and also the fairy doors to explore and find hidden around the site. In addition our lake is another attraction to keep our visitors entertained, buy perhaps these were not what you were looking for. We work hard to keep the grounds maintained for people to enjoy the nature around our park, with bug hotels and paths in our fields to run through. Thank you

No me gustó: Stayed over the weekend and 8 toilet and shower cubicle were open, when Monday came and site was a little quiter 6 of the 8 cubicles got closed and locked so was no better off and ended up having to wait to use toilets and facilities… Can’t reserve your pitch without having to leave some of your own stuff there (not numbered and no cones or reserved signs). A map of the site would’ve been lovely to show where all the facilities, walks, lakes and ponds were.

With the showers - yes someone has just mentioned the timing has gone a bit off - so we are just going through them all to extend the time! Not sure why one in particular had gone to only about 8 seconds, so thanks for bringing to our attention......hopefully you can return for a longer shower another time! Sorry!!!!
