Really nice site with woodland surround, site was very clean and shower block best I’ve experienced, close to local interests and cute village life. Would def revisit

Loved everything about this campsite. Beautiful surroundings, really friendly welcome and the whole site is kept beautiful. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean and warm and great washing up facilities. I cannot fault this site at all and I will definitely be returning often. Staff were extremely friendly and I cannot recommend this site enough!

The washing area is clean and nice; the lawn is level with no stones. It is also close to a few walking trails. We spent 2 joyful nights there.

The mobile may not have a good signal on the site, but it's great if you want to have a break from the city.

Clean toilets and showers, nice and quiet, plenty of space for children to play and ride bikes, helpful warden.

Clean Toilet & Bathroom: Clean twice a day (morning & around sunset), Female's and Male's and Disable's. Plenty of showers hardly see a queue. Good water pressure, water hot enough (as if source from a hot spring lol).

Good location: 30 mins ish driving distance from a lot of local attractions of the Southeast, like Bodiam Castle, Rye, Tenterden, Hastings, etc.

I did hear engine roaring a few times at midnight one of the night, but not that I can't sleep tho. It's gives and takes when its next to A262.

Cash payment only when I arrived at the spot but said card payment acceptable on pitchup... card payment not available because I was staying over the bank holiday(so as the keeper claimed).

Clean facilities. Site warden was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space in a flat well drained field.

Windows above showers were often open so it got quite cold while showering.
