The pitch was lovely and everything was clean. The pool was great fun for the kids. Would totally recommendNo me gustó: Nothing - was a bit rainy but that can’t be helped!

Thank you for your review - we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. With regards to your comment 'Nothing much around for miles' we are indeed a very rural site, we don't pretend to be otherwise, in fact, our description on Pitch Up reads "Trefach is a peaceful and secluded site in a remote location with scenic walks around the local countryside, ....." therefore, if you wanted a site in a busier location, I would recommend doing some good research in future before booking. This also affects the wifi, we have great wifi available at the clubhouse, but again because of our rural location, this isn't so great on our touring field.
I am surprised you say that our pitches are small, and that people had to push their caravans in by hand, we have never had this problem before, our pitches are all a great size, with plenty of room for a caravan, full awning and a car alongside.
We are glad you liked our clean and comfortable showers.

No me gustó: Lots of rules (for good reason) sent to you before arrival but some weren’t enforced, as there were very noisy neighbours until late at night which ruined the evening for us.
Thank you Laura for taking the time to review our park. We are very sorry to hear that you had noisy neighbours who ruined your evening. You are right, we do have rules regarding noise, we state that quiet time is between 10.30pm and 8am, and these rules are enforced. We have Touring Wardens who live on site in the Touring Field, and who conduct a nightly walkaround to ensure that there is no disturbance. Did you report the noise? We do not have any record of a complaint, and we would have dealt with it if we had been aware.
I do hope this doesn't affect your decision in coming to stay with us again in the future - we are very honest with customers that we are not a party site, and we expect all guest to adhere to the rules of being quiet. We hope to see you back at Trefach soon.
