We arrived and was greeted by the manager who was so lovely and accommodating. We were taken to our pitch and a lovely groundskeeper kept coming to check on us to see if we needed anything. The bar staff were also fab, and very fast! We ate in the clubhouse as a large party and the food was amazing. We all enjoyed the pool, it was heated and felt like a bath! The toilets and showers were spotless, there was always someone there cleaning them.
We spent one afternoon on the large grass area playing rounders with the kids, then the kids played in the play park. There was lots of families there so felt safe enough to give the kids independence to roam freely. It was quiet after 10.30 and this was patrolled.
Every member of staff we came across was lovely and helpful. This is definitely a hidden gem!No me gustó: –

The staff made us feel soo welcome.
My daughter loved the heated swimming pool and the park.
Everyone that was sited on the site were soo friendly and chatty, plus my daughter made friends with their children.
The site is very clean and no noise at night.
We had food in the club house which was also lovely.
There was a pool party for the children that my daughter absolutely loved.We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you have young children.

No me gustó: No bar and no pool . As I asked for both before booking . Ladies toilets locked so you had to walk 10 minutes to the next block . Wasn't happy as I'm disabled with mobility issues. We were td to clean the disabled shower / toilet after use .
Thank you for your review. We would like to address the issues as follows:-
You state there was no bar and pool open, and that you asked about this before booking - this is incorrect - our terms and conditions on Pitch Up state that the pool isn't open until 25th May, and in low season the bar is only open Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon- you would have been informed of this if you had called and asked.
You state you are disabled and have mobility issues - this has not been noted anywhere on your booking, and this wasn't informed to us on your arrival.
You state that you were asked to clean the disabled shower and toilet - incorrect - we ask everyone who visits the park to please leave the facilities nice and clean for the next person, we believe this is basic manners - there is a mop and toilets brushes for your use if needed
The ladies toilets were not locked. The toilets you are referring to are our overflow toilet block which is only open in high season - the main toilet block is less than 30 seconds away
This review was left because the customer was not happy as we asked her to stop urinating on the adjacent pitch - this is unacceptable behavior and we would not welcome you back to the park again

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Amazingly friendly and hardworking staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The clubhouse was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the bingo night. Although we didn't eat there, the food selved looked delicious. The arcade was great for kids. Very much a family friendly site with dogs welcome. There was a designated field for dogs to be let off the leash. Shower and toilet blocks were clean and modern.
No me gustó: No hairdryers in either shower blocks.

Greeted by friendly helpful staff.
On arrival noticed how pristine,clean and immaculately kept the site was.
Easy straight forward manoeuvre (7m caravan) onto pitch.
All facilities clean and accessible.
Stunning views.
Central location to beautiful locations and beaches.
Restaurant food was outstanding.
Swimming pool clean and perfect temperature.
Play park safe, Central and fun for children.My wife had to leave early to go and see her poorly Dad. I stayed with my children and dog. Staff bent over backwards to ensure that we were looked after and assisted in keeping my Autistic son entertained.

The staff were very helpful and friendly plus when the weather got a bit worse, the groundsman provided us with non slip boards for outside our tent. The food is served on time and has a good selection. My children particularly liked the pizza making so well worth booking on to that early. Overall a beautiful experience and relaxing few days. Thanks guys 💚❤️💜
