We chose site because online the pub which is attached to site was open, it wasn’t
We would have been marooned in van if we hadn’t had wellies mud everywhere
No hot water and facilities need a lot of updating

The pub and food were amazing. The staff were very friendly. The facilities were open 24/7.

The food was amazing! I would travel to just eat

I wouldn’t really call it hard standing. They have just out about 6 slabs down. The mud was terrible and wasn’t looked after. The toilets didn’t have toilet paper, there was no hot water in the taps, it was dirty.

Handy for nearby Malvern Hills, electric pitch on pub site for winter, with tasty Indian cuisine

Facilities rather tired, and hard standing pitches very muddy (it did rain for 16 hours non stop)

Easy to find from the main road, with good access for a vehicle.

Lovely and quiet location - the view of the surrounding countryside in the morning was great.

Returned to this site many times mainly for the food and walks.
Food is great quality and pub has always been a great temperature, never too hot to eat in.
Staff has always been really kind and helpful
There are many walks directly from the site

Muddy pitches is a little bit of a nightmare after bad weather but people are able to use the car park of this happens.
I feel like fully travelling the camping area would help so much in all seasons and would make the stay a little easier

Location

The facilities showers and toilets were not clean, lots of dust and hair in the shower. Pub was closed throughout visit
Neglected facilities sadly since my last visit and paid £56 for two nights - Will avoid now.

The food in the restaurant but sadly nothing else positive to say

Not hard standing but just two trips of pavement for the wheels.
Needed wellies to get out of the caravan door! Caravan wrecked from so much mud.

Chasing staff to find where to go with a big caravan attached is not fun!

Misleading New Years Eve event. Added £30 to our bill! Event I cluded supper but was not given.
Excuse that it's winter does not cut it. If you can't sort the pitches out then don't open in winter. Nothing is clean. Over grown near water.
No bin facilities.

The lady (Sunny) who we spoke to on the phone was nice but that’s it unfortunately.

If you just want a stop over then this is ok but not for a longer stay. The entrance to the campsite is very tight and hard to get a caravan on. Once we arrived nobody was around, we called and emailed but had no luck. Eventually a chef arrived and gave us a number to call. The lady on the phone told us where to pitch up. The pitches are uneven, waterlogged and very muddy. Access to the tap is a nightmare and surrounded by brambles. The facilities are very basic and dirty/mouldy. Caravans came and left straight away… assuming they were not happy. Some motorhomes decided to go on the carpark instead! If the site was better looked after and manned this would make a huge improvement. Also don’t attempt to complain to the manager as he is rude and passive aggressive! Overall very disappointed!
