Good beer, pitches are a good size, laid back owners.

Would benefit from some basic maintenance and tlc.

Clean toilets and showers. Contactless checkin. Good information in email. Ground was very boggy due to recent weather but hardstanding pitches were good.

WiFi didn't work as too far from the pub

Very easy to locate site. Easy electric set up, toilets and showers were clean and available 24 hours. Marlbank Inn itself was welcoming and served great ales and outstanding food

Site was very muddy, yes it had been raining heavily but some areas were waterlogged.

Tent area was like a swamp. Staff didn’t offer alternative area

Stop over on way to Cornwall. Had a car park pitch which was fine, 24 hour toilets/showers ok.
Pub and restaurant excellent, Indian food very good.

Bit noisy on edge of road but no major issue. Would stay again.

So called hard standing’ pitch was a couple of lines of concrete surrounded by an absolute quagmire. Very abrupt greeting without any guide to facilities. No hot water in shower block. All in all a dismal site. We endured one night before quitting despite paying for two.

Please beware! Non electric hard standing pitches are basically the pub car park. Next to a busy road, also the pub was closed for our entire stay.
If anyone was available I would definitely have asked for my money back.
