Nice clean site with trees around the edges,
Two twin toilet cubicle with heating, showers are nice and hot ,
And a larger toilet block in the lower site
Owner was happy to help with anything,
Very easy walk to the village with a pub but we stayed mid week so was closed,
Only 4 units on the site so was peaceful, think this was because of the weather conditions , heavy rain and strong winds,
Nothing to do with the campsite,
Wi-Fi is free here you can see the dishes around the campsite,
All in all we was really impressed with our visit hereNo me gustó: None

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: We stayed at Robin Hood Caravan Park this weekend on a fully serviced gravel pitch and had a great experience. The pitch was really spacious with plenty of room for everything.
Arrival was super easy thanks to the ANPR camera and barrier system, which meant we didn’t have to pull into reception to check in. We only booked on Friday morning for the weekend, so it was a bit of a last-minute trip, but everything went smoothly.
The whole site looked really well maintained and it was lovely and quiet during our stay. The toilet and shower facilities were also very clean.
We’re a family of four with two small dogs, and it worked perfectly for us. One of the highlights was walking a trail over the Howardian Hills which was just over 4 miles and absolutely beautiful.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No me gustó: Didn't see 1 member of staff. Shop and reception is only open 1.5 hrs on a morning and for 1hr a few evenings a week. Site details say every pitch has WiFi - we were very disappointed as this was the reason we booked this site as I had work to do but the 99% of the time we had no connection. It's expensive to stay for what you get.

We were surprised to read your comment about not seeing any staff, as we live on site and are here 24/7 throughout the season. Our shop/reception is open each morning and on selected evenings, and a member of your party did visit the shop during your stay (Charcoal for the BBQ). Outside of those hours, guests are always welcome to reach us on the number provided in the welcome pack, or simply by speaking to us around the park while we’re maintaining the grounds, cleaning facilities or preparing caravans.
Regarding WiFi, we do ask guests to let us know straight away if they have difficulty connecting, as this gives us the opportunity to look into it there and then. The system generally works well, but like any service it can sometimes need adjusting, and we’re always happy to help when made aware.
In terms of value for money, we do regularly review our tariffs and offer discounted stays at certain times of year – including the rate you received. We aim to provide a fair price for the facilities and services we offer, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t your impression.
We do take feedback seriously and will continue working to ensure guests know how to contact us easily during their stay.
