Grass pitch's need improvement, it also used for camber vans makes uneven, heavy tire prints / ruts.

It is literally a Traveller site, Dirty, Sofas dumped on road. Nothing like it is perceived to be on Pitchup. Drove around the site for about 5mins and drove straight back out. I wouldnt feel safe staying on a site like this. It shouldnt be on Pitchup!!!

The site has a lot of excellent facilities. Everything a family on holiday would want. Childrens play area, Clubhouse including a nice outside bar area. It even has a swimming pool and cafe.

The entrance road is surrounded by rows and rows of permanently pitched tourers whith quite a few in a sad state. It certainly didnt give a good impression with such an unsightly approach.

It was just a quick stop over, great location.
People were all very friendly.

I have never seen so many dirty seasonal pitches on one site, but it was entertaining to wander past and see them all.

The drive there and drive home . Staff on reception were lovely.

70% travelers living there , weed being smoked everywhere , foul language from 3 year olds . 1am curfew for noise, cars being driven far to fast on site . I could go on and on

I wouldn’t recommend this campsite, it is more aimed at for gypsies/travellers. It’s dirty, the toilets are disgusting. The cleaners are extremely lazy & spend most of their time stood in the toilets chatting. 2 days running there was no hand wash in the ladies toilets. The ladies showers I used 2 days running & they hadn’t been cleaned as the same false nails were on the floor. The floors in the shower cubicle my daughter used were black. The toilet in the ladies toilets had poo smeared along the seats. My husband said the men’s toilets were clean but they had a different cleaner.
The smell of drugs were constant day and night. The noise level is until 1am which is ridiculous. We ended up leaving early as two of the families who had turned up had ruined it for us with their constant music blaring & them smoking weed the whole time. The staff were made aware but didn’t care.
The cars drove through the site extremely fast.
I was absolutely mortified to hear children as young as 3-4 years of age using swear words, as extreme as C**T.
Highly recommend doing your homework on this place.

Great facilities. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Kids loved the swimming pool and the club house on an evening. Food is lovely and cheap. Toilets and shower areas were always clean. Large pitches for tents. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming again.
