We Loved this place! So well looked after,clean and maintained beautifully.
Reception lady was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The river was stunning and we loved the sound of the sheep in the morning.
Absolutely would recommend this place and will be booking again for next year.

Mabe the option for WiFi so we could locate nearby facilities but not essential

Danielle and James are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The seasonal pitches are also so friendly and always say hello. Toilets and showers are very clean. Nice community spirit with all the children playing together. Easily accessible drinking water and electric on pitches. Grey waste and chemical disposal points. Great local walks with dogs and great dog friendly site!

We had a brilliant stay at Riverside. It is a stunning site next to the river and it was very quiet and peaceful. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Showers and toilets were very clean. Also liked the fact that the site was secure as had to have a code to open the gate. Would stay again.

Maybe there should be more toilets and showers as the site was full, although it did not affect us, as we showered at 7 am to avoid waiting.

Loved how peaceful and it was a relaxing site, location next to a river and it was so friendly. Loved the free herb garden

Quiet location well managed. Clean facilities.

50p showers. Time was barely enough when washing long hair. Little too remote for us. No pub or shop to walk to.

Such an amazing and friendly campsite!
The toilets and showers were clean and well maintained, always had toilet roll and soap available which was brilliant!
The pitch was large and we had plenty of space.
The gazebo area was a lovely touch especially when it got really warm it was nice to have an area with some shade - also super helpful to have a fridge and freezer available to store some food made a massive difference (although these are not very big and you do share with the whole campsite)
The owners were so friendly and helpful, any questions were answered straight away and anything we needed they sorted for us as well.
Showers are 50p for 5 minutes however it is enough time for a decent shower (even with a hair wash with long & thick hair) there are only two showers, however I did not have to wait or queue for them once, the 5 minute system definitely works!!
There is not a lot around this campsite however that is a bit of a bonus in itself you get very minimal outside noise, maybe an odd tractor every now and then, so it is extremely peaceful at camp.
The 10.30pm quiet time rule was greatly appreciated and the majority of people respected this.
The access to the river is a nice touch with a little shingle beach to sit on as well.
There are lots of good trails for walking relatively nearby - you will need to drive to find them. Pen Y Fan was roughly an hour away, the Four Falls Walk just over an hour, Elan Valley just under an hour, Pwll y Wrach about half an hour. I would recommend all of these.
The campsite offers lots of leaflets of things to do around as well as recommendations for places to eat and other walks in the nearby area.
Overall, this was a wonderful campsite with lovely owners, peaceful settings in a beautiful location. I would recommend to friends and family.
