Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The pitches (non electric) are really spacious it’s a case of ‘pitch where you like’ and there were hardly any tents there, which was great for us and our dog as it was his first time camping.
No me gustó: The toilet block is up quite a steep hill and it’s quite a long walk. The non electric pitches are a bit of an after thought to the rest of the park. I get that it’s cheaper to stay, but a small toilet block at the bottom of the hill would make a huge difference. There should be a set of toilets towards the bottom of the electric pitches but they’re flooded and will likely always be out of action so the number of showers and toilets is low compared to the number of people.

The none electric part of the site is down the bottom away from facilities, most none electric campers like this experience, please be reassured if we have guests with mobility problems we do our best to re site them nearer facilities.. Sorry if you felt it to far from your tent.

No me gustó: Didn't have any robes, I did ask for some but they didn't have any, very disappointed in this as we hadn't brought ours as it stated we'd have them. Not the happiest of greetings on arrival. Kitchen area hadn't been clean very well. Its not very private, staff walking back and to past constantly when we had arrived.

We are sorry regarding the robes unfortunately some of our previous guests took the robes and we did explain they were on order and sadly not arrived in time for your visit.
Thank you for letting us know now that the kitchen area was not cleaned to our high standards, this was not made known to us during your visit, we could have rectified this for you.
You will see staff from time to time through the lodge area attending to the hot tubs which is essential to maintain safe water levels, the housekeeping will also be finishing the lodges until mid afternoon.
Sorry again for your disappointment.
