Thanks for your lovely comments about our facilities, for anyone reading with larger vehicles or towing we do send out a recommended route to get to us as sat nav does bring you down some narrow lanes, so don't forget to check your inbox :-)
We do also have a bus route located 5/10min up to the village of Carleen with routes all over if your in a motorhome without car :-)

Will definitely be staying there again! Have not rated child friendliness as there were no children in our party, but there are facilities for children on site.

the shower blockCornwall. the surrounding area is stunning. some of the best coastal scenery in the UK
No me gustó: the owners. was told off for driving through site at 10.15 as it was too noisy. owner was really rude. Yet over bank holiday there were two parties by my tent shouting till gone 12.30 in the morning. owners daughter swearing and being mean to my kids in the evening with an entitled attitude. had an email. from the owner for shouting in the daytime. im a single parent with children with special needs.
non electric pitches allocated in advance. we were given the most exposed, furthest Away pitch fron the facilities that was really stony even though the field was no more than half full at the busiest night we were there.
charged 20 quid for fire pit for 1 night and 5 quid for every subsequent night.
the games room is a money making exercise, essentially a small amusement arcade.
the communal fridge had Milk two weeks out of date in it, even though there was a sign saying out of date food will be thrown away.
the camping field is essentially a dog exercising area for the rest of the caravan park

I remember you very well!
Firstly I think anyone else reading our reviews can read between the lines with yours...
I did not "tell you off" it was past 11pm and I asked from now on can you park in the main car park and walk to your pitch, it's courtesy to our other guests!
If you or any of our guest are not happy with their pitch choice we do our upmost to move people, on your arrival day we would of been able to do this, the wild camping area you booking is slightly further away as advertised and in quieter times we like to space people out where we can.
We do hire fire pits and clearly advertise the price, most of our guests love this facility.
The games room is there for everyone to enjoy should they wish to :-)
I'm going to leave this reply here now, we hope you find somewhere more accommodating to your needs.
