Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The scenery wow! Some amazing views. Central to some amazing views not just the peaks but also Mallam cove, Ington falls, Ingleborough caves and Bolton Abbey.
Clean toilets and showers, bins emptied daily on the site.Tasty bacon butties available Sunday mornings to purchase from the shop. Met some lovely people that go to the site regularly, that says a lot for the site.
Bonus free firepits and everything you need for a fire is a available to purchase and is brought to your tent and then the fireplace are collected in the mornings.
No me gustó: Not a dislike...we were at the bottom of the field, so a long walk to the toilet and showers. Not really much to complain about.
I would imagine it would be very busy in the summer!

Dog exercise field was great and enabled our old boy to exercise in peace. Shop is well stocked, pizza and snacks available at the weekend is a brilliant idea and much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this site.

There is a designated spot the is safe to exercise you dog and well signposted trails to follow to the local cafe and village.

Showers and toilets warm and clean.
Fresh water on site and good location in between different villages.No me gustó: The only thing I would say is it would be great if non electric tents could pitch next to the walls instead of just mid field so that it blocks a bit of wind.
Just had one incident of a dog off a lead which jumped on my small tent whilst I was lying inside. (
aware not the staffs fault)

Shop onsite that sells everything you could need( we needed an air pump ✔️) pizza’s on a Saturday night that were lovely, security making sure noise is kept down after 11pm, nice bacon butties & tea to order in the morning.
No me gustó: Check in is late if arriving on a Saturday, would appreciate being able to pitch up earlier as it takes a big chunk of the day up waiting and then setting up. A veggie option for breakfast would be nice, i missed out whilst my family enjoyed bacon butties before we went home. Well behaved dogs should be allowed off the lead outside own tent area. Wasn’t aware of campfire hire, would have brought own kindling & firelighers etc had it been advertised on the site.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of our site. We only have a few very simple site rules one being that we are a silent site from 11pm and our guests have been amazing at respecting this ensuring that everyone gets a good nights sleep.
Another rule being that Dogs do have to be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site for obvious reasons and it would be irresponsible of us to allow campers to let there dogs off the leash whilst on our site well behaved or not. We do offer the facility of a fully enclosed dog walking field at Orcaber and once in there dogs can be let off to run free.
We lend out our firepits free of charge and wood / kindling / firelighters are available to buy each evening when our wardens come around with them.
We have to have check in / out times which are currently arrive anytime after 12.30 and depart by noon (except pods which are check out by 11am) and this ensures no overcrowding on the site if it has been fully occupied the night previous.

No me gustó: They could have more choices at the shop ( if possible ).
This is nothing to do with the campsite but Im prefer no small babies should be allowed. There was a baby crying all night, made it really hard to sleep. The place is very open and you can hear it far away.
