Plenty of room and was able to choose where to set up. Although it was relatively busy, there was still lots of room for everyone to space out and didn’t feel like you were jammed in like sardines. On site shop which stocks various food, drink and camping equipment. The toilet/shower facilities are immaculate, they were always kept clean and tidy, and plenty of them. There was never a queue for either the toilet or shower. Dog friendly with a dedicated exercise area where you can let the dogs off for a leg stretch (dogs to be kept on leads outside of the exercise area). They also come around offering out fire pits for you to use free of charge, they also supply wood, kindling, firelighters, lighters etc but obviously at a cost, which was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also have plenty of picnic tables scattered around the site which you can use. The scenery from all directions is amazing. Definitely not a bad view wherever you are on site.

The lane up to the site is mainly only suitable for one car at a time although there are a few passing spots in case you come across a car coming in the opposite direction. Not so much a ‘dislike’ but would be great if the shop could be kept open longer, as closes at 9pm. It just means you need to make sure you grab anything you may want before 9, as the closed shop is around a 10/15 minute drive away.

We liked everything about this Campsite! It was in a lovely location, the Campsite people were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent, good shop and very clean toilets and showers, one of our best places we have stayed at. Will definitely be going back. Must also give a "shout out" for the 2 resident Bull Dogs, Gary and Enid, they are fabulous!

The football pitch spoilt it a little, especially as it was so busy, pitches could have spread out more on the cramped tent area. Also balls and frizbies hitting vehicles. Next time we would pay for electric to be further away from play area.

Community spirit, all the children were playing together. Great pitch size. Cleanest campsite we’ve been too, clean pitches, clean and modern facilities, maintenance team friendly and always around to help. Great location for amazing walks, dog field was handy, close to river and easy to find the dog walk. Shop had lots of basics and the pizzas of Saturdays were hot and delicious. You can hire a fire pit free of charge but do need to pay for the wood (£8). The shower is also 50p for 10 minutes and they have hair dryers free of charge :)

Very spacious , immaculate campsite in an amazing location with stunning views. Shower and toilet blocks are immaculate. Staff are really friendly. Well stocked shop. Very quiet and loads of space so not too close to other campers. Lovely walk from site to Clapham . Would definitely recommend a stay here

We had a great stay at this campsite — it had everything we needed! The bathrooms were always clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can really see they care about the place and the guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming camping experience.

Very clean all round, nice, friendly, helpful staff, hot showers, nice pub a short walk away, would recommend and will return.

No fault of the site, but some lazy people not cleaning up after their dogs.
