Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The location is great, in the goldilocks zone just far enough from the main road to feel away from it, but not so far that getting anywhere is a 20 minute trip down a single track road. A well stocked shop and easy, clear instructions upon arrival. The facilities where great, spotless toilets. Saturday night pizzas were fantastic. The football goal with a net was a massive bonus for my son.
No me gustó: The weather but there was nothing Orcaber could do about that unfortunately.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Facilities were immaculate, excellent sized pitches in a gorgeous location. The food available was lovely and really reasonably priced. The enclosed dog walking area was perfect and the nice seated area next to the river was lovely. As someone who gre up at harness racing in Scotland it was a total highlight getting to watch them train on Sunday morning and show my daughter what I used to help do.
No me gustó: All things outwith the campsite (weather 🤣 mainly but the sun did shine on pack up which was helpful)

The shop was well stocked with dogs well catered for including dog ice cream.
The site is well placed for walking and cycling, as well as trips to nearby towns such as Settle and Skipton.
The pizza on a Saturday night was yummy.
There are fire pits on offer. We got one with a bag of kindling and was £8 total for our stay.
The showers are 50p but you get ample time and they are powerful and hot so more than happy to pay a bit extra.
Will definitely be returning.

No me gustó: Lady in reception was very military with her rules re noise after 11 pm , driving speed etc., a little off putting to be honest!, not as friendly as we would have expected, no friendly chat upon arrival. Our first 24 hours were absolutely peaceful with beautiful walks and picturesque local villages ! Then on the Friday evening the site started to get very busy and the noise and mayhem started! Young families just leaving their children to their own defences while the adults totally did their own thing and leaving the children to hassle and play ball etc on everyone’s pitches around them constantly hitting out vans with balls etc., it turned out to be a nightmare! After 11 pm the adults carried on leaving the children to play ball etc holding torches! Overnight there had been many complaints lodged and a couple like ourselves were actually moved to another pitch, but the children were still bouncing balls etc off their van ? Also the site speed limit was certainly not adhered to ! Such a shame that people like this spoil it for others!
All in all a lovely site but the clientele were an absolute disgrace ! Such a shame for the site owners ! Maybe large groups shouldn’t be allowed!

Unfortunately, bar explaining the rules to our guests at check in stage we cannot then control how people choose to parent their children whilst staying on our site. We do not recall any complaints being lodged on the weekend you stayed with us and our wardens do a full site walkaround after 11pm so that any disruption can be quickly nipped in the bud.
We do hope to see you again in the future.

We both agree that this has been the best site we have stayed on. We stayed on an electric grass pitch, TE34 was a large size flat pitch, toilet and shower facilities we excellent and cleaned regularly. Our Labrador Leo rated the onsite dog wash and dog exercise field. Lots to do in the local area, we enjoyed doing some walks in the area via all trails, malham cove and Janets foss was a highlight on Sunday. The staff we friendly and helpful. Can't fault the site at all.

No me gustó: The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a kids play park - something for little ones to do.
