No me gustó: No bus stop nearby to get into Aberystwyth.

The food van on Saturday served fresh freshly be a battered fish and chips and the best onion rings ever.No me gustó: I didn’t use the Wi-Fi as you had to pay extra. I just use my own data it was no problem.

It’s clear the **beautiful surroundings** still made an impression, but it’s disappointing that you thought the **toilets were in poor condition** and the **main field was only half complete**, we are not too sure where you meant—especially on a fully-serviced pitch like Red Kite. Maybe you were expecting the washrooms to have already been upgraded and replaced as the plans have been on display for a couple of seasons, we are getting there.
Everyone has their opinions and thoughts, just some make them more obvious than others, still dissappointing to see these sort of reviews.

The pitch was fully service and no issues during stay, level pitch on hard standing with grass area and a picnic table. Due to the planning no is blocked from having amazing sea views and stunning sunsets in the evening. The pool area was spotless as to were the amenities.
No me gustó: It’s hard to find a negative really. Maybe the games room could be upgraded but that’s just being picky.

Shower blocks were clean and tidy.
Free use of washing machine, dryers and fridge freezers.
Dog park was secure and even had a supply of tennis balls.
The pitch was perfect and came with it's own picnic bench (red kite pitch). It had bushes and plants seperating you slightly from the pitches which gave it some privacy.
Games room had 2 pool tables.
The pool was lovely and had toilets and changing facilities right next to it.
Direct access to a rocky beach.
Beautiful sunsets.
Nice park on site - good for the smaller children.No me gustó: Games room slightly dated.
Shower blocks are also dated but are due for remodeling 2026/27 but still good.
Road to the campsite can be quite narrow due to the remote location, those new to towing might find it daunting but it's so worth it.
On our last night there was an incident with another caravaner which resulted in the police being called and someone being arrested. If this was our first night we possibly might have left early. The staff and police did handle the situation very well though.
The odd smell of cannabis from other caravaners.
