No me gustó: On our 2nd night we had a carvan turn up with 2 large huskys that were not kept on a lead they got out ant attacked our neighbours dog and our neighbour I was I the middle with 2 children and thos resulted in me being attacked by the lady with the out of control huskys!!! However the police were called and they did have to leave the next morning making it a very uncomfortable night for be to sleep knowing there was theses 2 dangerous dogs next to us I understand things happen sometimes but unfortunately the lady warden had zero compassion and was very very rude!!! Remarking it's not the dogs fault !!! It could of been a child and could of been alot worse I'm not sure if this has put me off but she definitely needs to learn some customer service skills very disappointed with her outlook on the whole situation and actually she did ruin our stay !

Don’t even think about arriving early unless you’re extremely good at reversing your caravan/ motorhome

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The location was spectacular. The staff excellent. Sanitary block was more than adequate and spotless but we noticed it was going to be upgraded. The free use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was a fantastic extra. The games room was very good.
The pool and facilities were excellent. The grounds were beautiful.
The view which greets you at the top was well worth the [slight] stress travelling the last section on the single track with a large motorhome!No me gustó: An outside shower would be great to rinse before entering and leaving the pool.
Wifi patchy. Bought Wifi one night which worked fine but when trying to buy the next night it wouldn't go through. Not a huge issue for us though.

It is great to read your comments and that our facilities and park met your expectations.
We left the shower off the pool area as most people have access to the washrooms before and after their swim which are not too far away from the pool or holiday home accomodation, it is something we keep looking at to see what is the best solution as a rinse off, not a full soap up shower which is the idea before coming to the pool.
We are hoping that wifi will be included in the stay very soon, we are just ironing out the details so hopfully next season wifi will be just another marvelous part of the facilities offered.

The three points we would use to advertise to the world, Location, Scenery and the outdoor/indoor heated swimming pool.
The West Coast of Wales has an amazing array of coves and beaches to visit, our closest town Aberystwyth has an amazing range of activities and eateries for all age ranges with the town being the main area to visit for a good 40 to 50 mile radius.
We look forward to seeing you again soon.

The views are out of this world we was on a perfect pitch had a table and bench there too , the swimming pool was so nice we had it to ourselves ,. The drive to the site you have to stop and take in the views . The staff are so lovely and friendly the young lady walked us to our pitch and was telling us places to visit honestly could not ask for a more perfect place to stay will definitely visit again and again we loved it thank you to all the lovely staff for making a lovely place to stay . Please book here you will not be disappointed!
