Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Loved the fact we could choose where to pitch, campsite was pretty empty when we got there so we chose a good spot. Small, well kept field. Facilities (toilet and shower block) were immaculate at all times, we could see that a lot of thought had gone into designing the shower block as the showers had a small wall to seperate an area you could hang your clothes within the cubicle, away from the shower head which meant all clothes were dry. Shower cubicles were very big too. Hairdryer in the woman's block and also plugs, best shower/ toilet block we have seen. Dog walking field where we could let the dog off on the lead as it was all fenced off was a bonus. We will definitely be back for more weekend stays as it's not far from home. We also loved the fact that every pitch had it's own picnic table to be used.
No me gustó: There was an event /wedding going on in the venue down the road (Saturday night) and there was loud music that we could hear but us and the kids managed to still get to sleep so didn't bother us that much and clearly this is no fault of the campsite and the owners. We will be back to stay.

No me gustó: There was a trail of blood spots over the ladies’ sinks. Not sure how often it gets cleaned - but didn’t need the facility so much as had own camper van.

Thanks for the review. Apologies for the blood but a camper refused to use the toilet brush and had to be persuaded. We do a 'proper' clean once a day and check it say another 2/3 times when there are people on site.

Thanks for the review. We always check the site for noise after 10pm and have a cattle prod for such occasions. To be fair there as a festival some 5 miles way that was noise and something we could not control.
