Has a dog walking field which is really handy.
Onsite shop is available via reception or online shop, this is a great feature, you can get hot and cold drinks, snacks, essential items and order a fire pit or extra wood.
They also sell pizza, you do need to pre order but they are handmade and cooked fresh to order in a wood fired pizza oven and they are amazing. You can sit on the covered deck with your pizza overlooking beautiful countryside views.
Really helpful owners.

Not many pitches and not oversubscribed.There are a mix of hardstanding caravan/campervan pitches and electric hook up tent pitches as well as a few wild pitches.
There are also luxury pods, we didn't see them inside but have a great location and look lovely from the outside.No me gustó: –

No me gustó: The only pitch left when we arrived was at the bottom of the site, we liked the space, however it was a bit of a stretch to the EHU point. Luckily had an extension, but had to position our tent and only just reached.

No me gustó: Advertised for tent pitches but it's on a large slope, makes cooking sleeping doing anything very difficult.
No one welcomes you or gives you a pitch so it's actually quite alienating, especially for novices.
We were emailed a pizza menu the day before we arrived, when we placed our pizza order as per instructions we were told sorry we aren't doing them there's a 70th party on. So we weren't prepared and had to go shopping with our 4 children to get food. No wifi 6amp electric

Hi Rachel,
Thanks for the review. In response:
1. We're a tiny site with one full time employee, me. We're not perfect, but we try damn hard to do our best. If we've achieved quiet and clean, then that's our priority. We are not a big commercial venture that perhaps you were looking for.
2. There's plenty of flat areas for tents and we're quite surprised when some campers opt for a pitch down the field on a gradient when there's plenty of space at the top. We will be adding more hardstanding/flat pitches as we go on. We do advertise that some pitches are on a gradient and email to confirm the same upon booking. You raised no issue with this upon booking or arrival.
3. I worked pretty much all day Saturday on site and around the reception at the entrance. I wandered around the site at 5pm to check everyone that I could see was okay. We're always available on WhatsApp Business and live on site. I am not sure what else you would like us to do.
4. If you are uncomfortable alienated novices, feel free to ask for help, rather than suffer in silence and grumble afterwards.
5. My profuse apologies that I wasn't there to make you a pizza to attend my mother's 70th birthday meal for a couple of hours. What a git I am. It's only myself that sees to campers, cleans loos, resets pods, serves in the reception and cooks pizzas on a weekend, hence there is no catering cover for one pizza order. Given you requested pizzas at 10am in the morning, there was plenty of time to get food from the multiple superstores, farm shops, small grocers, 10 plus pubs, cafes, Michelin recommended restaurants, fast food outlets and takeaways within a 3-5 mile radius. We also sell Pot Noodles for emergency situations.
6. We've never advertised wifi because we don't have it ourselves. We operate on 4g broadband. Whenever BT pull their finger out and provide us with fibre broadband, we can offer it to campers. That said, it's camping. Put your phone down. Have a drink. Toast a marshmallow. Live dangerously.
6. Yes, it's 6 amp electric as advertised and clearly stated when you book.
In summary, it appears that you've lashed out a bit here as being new to camping we didn't meet your expectations. Fair enough. Hope you find a larger commercial site more to your liking next time.
