Electric hook ups had water taps and grey waste drains which was useful to have close by. Toilet and shower blocks were extremely clean and modern. Friendly staff upon arrival and well stocked little shop. The kitchen space is a great addition for campers, it remained clean and also had a food bank/swap. The site is well maintained and close to park and ride for an easy trip into Edinburgh. Local takeaways that will deliver. We attended a concert at the royal highland showground centre and transport to and from was easily accessible and reasonably priced.
No me gustó: Passing planes can be noisy however this is to be expected when so close to the airport.

Showers were very clean, spacious and the showers were lovely!
Staff when arriving were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen facilities were brilliant and a great area for eating food with the family.
The pitch areas had plenty of space between each pitch providing privacy.

No me gustó: Not a fan of the outdoor pot was. Okay when it was sunny but when was rainy the shared kitchen option was very crowded and felt bad washing up with people eating there tea. Could do with lean to so you can use outside option in all weather. Also WiFi provided on site but never worked for us when staying there. We just used our phones 4/5G which was good strength

For your future stay, there is Wi-Fi available, however, it is just in the camping kitchen and does not reach to the pitches.

No me gustó: Regular planes taking off and landing which might prove a problem for some. It didn't bother us at all. We still slept soundly !
