Our shower and toilet facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day, with a longer closure at lunchtime for a deeper clean, so we’re confident in the standards we keep. Timed showers are standard in many parks as part of our sustainability measures, though we understand not everyone prefers them.

Whilst quiet time is set at 11pm, members of staff do start patrols before then and an out-of-hours number is available should any guest ever need assistance sooner.

We do have an 11pm quiet time in place to ensure everyone can enjoy their evening while also keeping things peaceful overnight. Members of our team check around the park during the evening, and should any guest need assistance, an on-call number is always available at reception. We’re sorry to hear you experienced some disturbance before 11pm, as this isn’t the norm on the park, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it so that all guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
