The site is very well looked after. Great and clean facilities at the site which was run by a lovely couple who were very helpful when our run gas ran out. I would definitely recommend staying here for some relaxing time away. And very lucky the having the

Easy to insert pegs. Friendly welcome. Well manicured lawned site. Well away from a main road. Shower had water with a nice temperature.

Low flying aircraft en route to Gatwick, but not many. I felt uncomfortable hogging what I thought was the only toilet and washbasin, not knowing there is a second one. The single shower, along with the rest, is a temporary structure, which isn't ideal.

Julie and Paul run a wonderfully welcoming and beautifully set up and maintained park.
Bathrooms and toilets are cleaned daily, there is a waste water disposal point, grass pitches are mowed often. Not all pitches are level, so one or two ramps come in handy.
There are also 2 large bell tents available as onsite accommodation.
And there are some fabulous pubs for lunch nearby!

Because of the quiet location, no onsite electricity, and only adult guests, it seems to me that all of us who love this park also get along very well together.

If you are after bright lights and nonstop noise and action, you can find those elsewhere. This gem is for those who appreciate a chance to rest and recharge their souls in a lovely piece of Sussex Downland.

Truly, there is nothing I can imagine disliking about this slice of heaven!
The reason I have not given 5 stars for every category is that onsite activities, WiFi and child friendliness are not part of this park by design.

Wow. I've been to hundreds of sites, never have i had a friendlier welcome. Julie is a credit to the industry along with Paul. Such a beautiful site, spotless facilities, peaceful to top it all, a great little lake for fishing. Nothing is too much trouble for Julie and Paul. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
