We hired 5 fully furnished Bell tents and 1 pet friendly tent. Furnished tents were nice, big enough to accommodate 4 adults and we're provided with everything one would need to have a very comfortable stay.
Sarah and Andy were super helpful hosts.
Forest surrounding the site is full of birds and animals, you can hear them in the night.
Toilet and shower facilities are good. Toilets could be even better with a use of bit bigger hand washers and mirrors.No me gustó: Nothing

Owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating and the slip and slide was amazing! A really chilled and beautiful place to camp.

We're glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the toilets and showers as Sarah really does do her best to keep those facilities in top shape.
And as for the slugs. As you said unfortunately that is something that is out of our control. Nature has it's quirks I guess. While we can't control what Mother Nature brings, we hope the beauty of the surroundings and the great camping experience made up for it.

Everything solar powered. Good 4G signal. Idyllic location on the edge of a forest. Dog friendly. Everything we needed and we had a lovely couple of nights here. 5* and we would come again. We're so pleased that Forest Edge provided everything you needed for a relaxing couple of nights.
And as for Beautiful Days festival. Those noisy neighbours do like to throw quite the party don't they! Luckily, for guests looking for a more relaxing stay it only takes place once a year. We're glad it didn't detract too much from all the great things Forest Edge has to offer.

The facilities were fine, with the showers lovely and warm. The environment was so lovely around the campsite too, with owls hooting and birds singing, but also peaceful. Great location for exploring beyond the campsite too. Would definitely stay here again, in fact we did....the very next night!
No me gustó: The flow on the water in the sinks in the loos was a bit low, especially after flushing the toilets but still enough to wash hands.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The site is surrounded by trees which makes it a very quiet place & has individual pitches so you can be in your own solitude if you wish also there's a pub a walk away which does an amazing Sunday lunch which you will need to book in advance (very popular) shops , fule & such likes a very short drive away as is everything else. Toilets & showers as expected.will book again.
No me gustó: Didn't get to go on the giant Slip N Slide just ran out of time.

It was wonderful to have somewhere peaceful to retreat too. The beds were really comfortable and the owners were great and really helpful. The slip and slide was as unexpected bonus! I’m not a natural camper but this experience has converted me and we very much hope to come back.
