Location beside the lake.

Entrance and especially exit can be difficult, as vision is restricted and you have to cross a cycle path. Even if you want to turn left coming out of the campsite, it may be safer for you to turn right, and then turn back on yourself later on. I was in a distant, quiet part of the campsite, and could not pick up the Wifi, but the quietness of the pitch outweighed this minor problem.

Check-in was a little difficult due to language barriers but nothing we couldn’t get through overall very satisfied

Location is close to the lake and other facilities, bar, bike rental etc. Shower and toilet block were clean and tidy and were cleaned every day. The site is quiet and there is plenty of tree cover to keep the van cool in the daytime.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading reviews on teip advisor but were pleasantly surprised. Had a spot under a big tree right by the lake. Toilets were clean. Hot water and big sinks to do laundry and dishes. Big enough pitch for the tent, car, gazebo and table and chairs and cooker. Restaurant opposite with take away services . Very peaceful. Would stay again
Only.minus was that there was no shop nearby to buy necessities as camp shop closed.

The staff the young guy that rides around on his bike what an asset to the the lady owner on the front desk he is so helpful the site is right on lake Anncey were you can swim and have a evening drink at the beach bar where they have live music on certain nights the pitches are of a very good size and at an affordable rate with electric the toilets are clean and the showers were hot

A bit tight for my 8 meter motorhome

The fabulous lakeside location. Close to the wonderful village of Tallories. Bus from outside site to Annecy. Lovely lakeside restaurant

On arrival customer service was poor. They couldn’t find our booking. Desk strewn with paper booking forms. They disappeared out into the office and left me at the desk with peoples identity cards paper clipped to bookings. I had the confirmation on my phone but they didn’t want to look at it. Eventually a different person arrived and took us to our pitch. It was far too small for our motorhome bearing in mind we put the dimensions on our booking. The second pitch was under a tree which we were too high to get under. The third pitch was ok. The toilet block is old and tired. Lights on a timer at night so during the day it is dark in the shower and toilet. Shower is a drizzle from a pipe overhead and you pull a chain to get water. No hot water in clothes washing area. No room in shower cubical. I have stayed at lots of sites I France and this has been the most expensive and the worst in terms of amenities. It needs a computer literate receptionist, a new shower and toilet block, better marked out pitches - and then it would be value for money
