Friendly staff.No me gustó: Shower block was horrible, cold, dark, cobwebby and a pull chain for the shower which gave about 30 seconds of water.
They really need to improve this facility.
The shop was very basic, the whole place is a bit run down and ramshackle.

We would like to reiterate that the sanitary blocks are maintained daily by our team. Our blocks are partially open, and sometimes nature takes over. In the summer, we have to deal with a multitude of insects, but generally speaking, we manage these issues.
We have one or two old-fashioned showers with a chain in this first block, which certainly needs to be modernized.
Our team is vigilant in maintaining the entire site, and in some areas, the organization could be improved.
Please do not confuse the need for modernity and organization with the terms "cleanliness and ramshackle".
Our second block would certainly have been more suitable for you.

It was my husband’s birthday during our stay and we were treated to a live band playing at the restaurant which was fantastic. Also impressed by that live music finishing on the dot of 10.30pm so no sleep disturbance.

Ze papieren in maar vonden niets. Moesten i. De .amiddag terugkomen. Ro d 13h00 hadden ze ineens een uitprint waar stond dat we pas om 15h00 erin mochten. Hoor ik de bazin tegen de medewerker zeggen dat ze een stacaravan terug gaan vrijgeven die gepland stond voor de sloop. Bij aankomst was het idd een caravan goed voor de sloop. Gee. Aanrader. Bazin zei luchtig voor zo 'n kleine prijs kan je geen grote luxe verwachten.

Wir entschuldigen uns für den späten Check-in. Wie auf unserer Partner-Website erwähnt, ist der Check-in jedoch nur nachmittags und nie vormittags möglich. Dies liegt einfach daran, dass es morgendliche Abreisen und Wartungsarbeiten gibt. Auf einem Campingplatz läuft es ähnlich wie in einem Hotel.
Das angebotene und reservierte Mobilheim hatte kein Badezimmer, obwohl Sie sich vielleicht ein komfortableres Badezimmer gewünscht hätten. Diese Details finden Sie in unseren Inseraten und Angeboten.
Unser Campingplatz legt Wert auf Einfachheit und Natürlichkeit.
Für Aktivitäten stehen Ihnen externe Partner in der Nähe rund um den See zur Verfügung. Alle Campingplätze am See sind im Allgemeinen recht einfach, und die Aktivitäten konzentrieren sich eher auf die Natur (Wandern, Museen, Bootfahren auf dem See, Schnupperflüge, Canyoning usw.).

No me gustó: Had to wait until 9am till we could leave and we had to get on the road for our trip - mistake on our part but nevertheless quite annoying when you need your passport back.

Our front desk is open from 9 am to 9 pm. The staff and the management work all the day in shifts and we try our best.
The customer usually make the payment for his stay the evening before to leave on the next morning.

A two minute walk to the dock to pick up the boat which also takes you around the lake and to Annecy. Very friendly campsite, quiet, great pitches with water and electric. Very clean showers, toilets and washing facilities. A little shop and various good restaurants within easy walking distance. Selection of beaches very close. A great find. We will be back.

Bedankt voor uw feedback.
We hebben uw suggesties ter harte genomen. Ons team bestaat uit multidisciplinair personeel dat onze toiletten onderhoudt. Deze moeten op sommige plaatsen gemoderniseerd worden en worden momenteel gerepareerd. Een van onze medewerkers besteedt veel aandacht aan het onderhoud en voert af en toe controles uit. Afhankelijk van het weer kan het echter soms net zo erg zijn als in dit late regenseizoen.
De in- en uitgang is helaas lastig voor alle campings aan de oever van het meer, met het fietspad ernaast. Het is moeilijk om dit te vermijden, vooral omdat een laag muurtje het centrale pad naar een deel van de accommodaties van de camping verlengt.
