Lovely site clean and tidy and friendly staff

Very warm welcome, very clean site, clean toilets/showers, nice & peaceful( although we did go in September so not high season? Lovely lake, caught some nice fish we will definitely return x

The size of the pitch was ample for our tent and car, the facilities are great, the pool and slides looked great fun (unfortunately the weather wasn’t quite pool weather). The toilets and showers were kept spotless and tidy. A credit to them. The bar and food offered was of a good standard and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely place to visit.

Only downside was having to pay for Wi-Fi. Other sites we’ve stayed at offered free Wi-Fi. Great place to stay just not for me and my older children would prefer a quieter location with less younger children

Very friendly site, lots of info given on arrival. Bar was good, entertainment was also enjoyed. Pool area was nice. Whole site was very clean and looked after. Our girls enjoyed the kids club. The pitch size was large.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a lovely stay at L'Etang des Haizes, site is well maintained with spacious pitches and didn't feel too busy. We felt very relaxed in beautiful scenery and site has everything you need. Kids loved the pool and slides. We liked that there was a supermarket and petrol station just a few minutes away. You can also walk up into the local town for shops and a weekly market, (just look at times as a lot of places close for a few hours around midday). Staff were really friendly and we enjoyed an organised BBQ by the team and could order freshly made Pizza at different times in the week. This was our first campsite in France arriving from Cherbourg, which we found an easy drive and not a huge distance for us very nervous first timers.

Nothing we had a great stay. Would just mention that it wasn't close to lots of things we had planned to see so we did a lot more driving to other local areas but it is still in a great location, just everything is further away than we thought.

What an amazing campsite. Staff are so nice and very helpful. We needed help with a pole and they were fantastic in solving our problem. They speak brillant English. Facilities are very clean. Staff always working hard to keen them clean as well. Lovely pool and child friendly. Pitches are large and well kept with most having some hedges in between. Lovely bar overlooking the pool they serve nice burgers and fries. There's a brillant 65km off road cycle track very close. Pretty town within 6 mins walk. Highly recommend 👌

This campsite has perfect location close to many atractions in Normandy and is only 45 min drive from Cherbourg. We stayed on good size tent pich surrounded by hedge and apple trees with my two sons and we all ejoyed our holiday. It had electricity, water tab and spotles clean toilets were in short distance. We like pool with waterslide and plenty of sunbeds,fishing pont,and evening entertainment,especially live music band.

You have to pay for wi-fi.
