Lovely site with friendly staff. Facilities good although as we’re self contained didn’t really need to use them. Would recommend the Diggers Rest pub in the village.
Good location for exploring south and east Devon

The site was clean, small and quiet. Each pitch had water and electricity with hardstanding and grass—with a central area for small children to play. Hedges between pitches gave some shade and privacy.

Great site. Friendly welcome, facilities clean with great showers. Lovely setting around a central green. Bus request outside but we didnt use it.

Liked the site really good size pitches very clean and tidy with there own water points we were given a choice of where to pitch and thought it very reasonably priced for the pitch size
we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and being family working farm is one of the reasons we picked this site
The toilets and showers and washup although a little dated where perfectly adequate and always clean and tidy the electric showers appeared to be fairly new and free to use we never had to queue at any time
Free WIFI worked ok
Well located for for a number of resorts and well based for cycling the exe cycle route
There is a good Chinese chippy in the village which wasn't badly priced
we liked the area in general and may return at some point

There is quite a lot of road noise and did ask to move move to another pitch as pitch 1 which we were on which was to close to the road the owners let us move which did improve the noise slightly
As the majority of units are either campervans or touring caravans we did find the owners to be inconsiderate to other users as the noise level slamming of doors talking loudly started early morning before 7am and often to midnight and beyond
I didn't see a notice about the camp rules on noise levels but may have missed it
unfortunately for the above reasons we would not use the site again

The owners were very friendly and gave us options on where to pitch our tent. The site was flat, clean and well kept. The toilet block and wash up areas were clean. There was plenty of space between our pitch and the next giving us a relaxing holiday. It is on a working farm but honestly you wouldn't know it as we only heard the cows moo in the evening after coming back into the barn.

The only dislike was the slight noise from the road but it definitely wouldn't put us off rebooking. The road did quiten down in the evenings so it didn't spoil our stay.
