Pretty country park, quiet with trees, pub on site, friendly & welcoming. Clean & tidy park with freshly cut grass. Pub food was lovely & friendly atmosphere.

Ablution block for both male & female a nice, new structure; could be cleaner - floor swept daily, bins emptied, cobwebs up high. Surrounding narrow roads, high hedges, challenging at times. Very little phone signal to get maps to work.

Lovely quiet area,such friendly people and lovely food at the pub,right by the river and as it’s so small facilities right beside you!every pitch has its own water.Very good showers too.

Some soap in the wash rooms,as there was none and a few more signs to direct you into the campsite area,we only travelled from up the road,so know the area but for others it would be hard to find,especially with no signal.Couldnt see a chemical waste area.An access point to the river from the bank would be nice,not a dislike at all but would be good for children/dogs.

What a find! Enjoyed our one night stay here. Peaceful and quiet grass with electric pitch ,next to the river. Small site. Owners very nice and welcoming.

Picture postcard location with pitches next to the stream. Very quiet and peaceful with the pub about 100mtrs away.
People so friendly and the pub serves real ales and good old fashioned pub grub.
Dog friendly too both on site and in the pub.
So nice we have been twice already and can't wait to find time to go again.

No mobile phone signal but it is in very rural Herefordshire and not really a bad thing

toilet block needed a little TLC

Made to feel very welcome on arrival by Lou, and we could take any pitch we wanted (unusually, we were the only ones booked in, which was nice!). Small site, maybe x4 or x5 EHU pitches? Take the pub as it comes re menu...the chef cooks what he has in, so menu and specials vary. Excellent food though, good value, lovely bottle of Cahors red wine. The chef is quite a character, very friendly and affable. Superb location by a stream...can't be beaten for peace, tranquillity, and a very sunny, sheltered spot. Beware, though, an occasional strong drain smell from a pipe outlet at the farthest pitch. Good hot showers, lots of hooks. Level , large pitches, water taps close to pitches.

Unisex toilets and showers, although spacious. Toilets clean. Showers not cleaned as often as one would expect as the shower trays weren't clean on arrival, but were in the afternoon two days later. And they are very slow draining. No hand soap or waste bin at the sinks. Loo rolls restocked if pub staff made aware they are running out. No WiFi but we didn't mind that at all.

Small well kept site, just 5 or 6 pitches. We had hook up. Nice little pub, very friendly staff. Clean toilets and showers. Free wifi in pub.

Not able to eat in pub as they only take bookings, we were ok as we had food we could cook but if you didnt there was nowhere else within walking distance. The pub wasn't busy with diners either and they had a 'no show' so did offer us a table but it was after we'd eaten. We would have booked a table had we known as we like to support locals.

Toilets not clean and understocked - no hand wash and toilet paper ran out. Food in pub had been amazing but disappointing this trip.
