Special thanks to one of the owners, Kerry, who, after we messaged let us go a little later. She was so friendly! It really helped us out so thank you! It is near our caravan storage here so I'm sure we will be back! Perfect for a last minute night away.
No me gustó: The internet connection was none existent BUT it isn't always a bad thing! We had some quality time without our phones! It is very basic, but we had a caravan so it isn't too much of a problem. We may have missed the rubbish bins, as my husband didn't find them.
Lovely place to chill and watch wildlife.

No me gustó: Road noise was a problem. Even at night time. Make sure you have your own fresh water hosepipe to fill your tank. As the one at the fresh water point is totally inadequate! It’s just a piece of garden hose. The hosepipe to wash out your cassette wasn’t connected to the tap! And had been thrown on the floor! You couldn’t even connect to the tap!
Very sorry but we don t live on site but our mum and dad live on site and will always help

No me gustó: Not really a dislike, more of an observation. The pitches are very close to a fairly busy road so a little noisy. On the upside we had our own ringside seat of a lot of the tractors returning home from the Clitheroe Christmas Tractor run still with all their lights on 😀

No me gustó: Site right next to busy road, Traffic early in the morning wakes you up. Would prefer to have 16 amp hook up instead of just 10 amp Potholes on entrance to the site. Nowhere to empty grey waste.
Morning glad you enjoyed your stay come again in summer its beautiful when the sun is out.
Sorry about the internet not the best a lot of people have to use mobile data.
The bin is situated the other side of Toilet and fencing its bright orange we just have one big one for all rubbish.
