No me gustó: Being forgotten about and having to find my own pitch. Not being offered a refund when I clearly did not use an electric pitch. Being expected to park in an area clearly unsuitable due to the sloping ground.
That day we had great difficulty in sorting who was arriving and where there was pitches etc as complete computer /internet failure and so no info to work from. Apologies if you were overlooked but the checking in was a complete nightmare, thankfully most had been before and had a wartime spirit , sorting themselves. We would happily have given a refund if one was requested for the non availability of EHU.

Relatively late check in time of 3pm compared with other sites.
One of the showers didn't work. There was no sign.

We apologise if your stay did not meet your expectations.
The showers were all working but rather sadly some people think its fun to switch off the main feed which is up on the ceiling .
For future reference if anyone finds something not working it is much better to come to reception and inform us and then action can be taken to remedy the situation.
Every shower is checked by myself in the early hours to ensure there is no problems at that moment.

No me gustó: Picture is nothing like the run down nature of the farm. It definitely wasn’t for us. As I’m disabled the pitches were uneven and the walk to the toilet block was very steep.
We turned round and found somewhere else
A very interesting review. As you requested to be near the toilet block because of mobility issues we didn't even suggest you go up onto the grass field as we had selected a tarmac area down here on the level with flat access to toilet & shower, all easy access with a mobility scooter, but you appeared to be walking well that day after you car journey.,.
So, the option was there for comfort but rejected so this farm site for whatever reason did not suit you., & you did say no research was done prior to booking. I'm sorry it was not what you hoped for.

Toilets and showers were clean.No me gustó: Ground was quite stoney on our pitch but fine with pegs for hard ground.
Water near us did not work had to walk down to the washing up area.

If campers find a tap not working it is best to report as probably it just needs more water to be pumped up from the well as we are on top of a hill, so taps on the highest point run dry rather quicker than others ( there are 6 around the site)
