The toilets and showers are well looked after and the couple that run the Farm are extremely friendly and welcoming. We ate there on a couple of occasions and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely a little gem of a place

Showers and toilets were big amd kept clean, lovely hot water and great to have a fridge and freezer to access. There was a washing mashine if water taps were.dotted about on the site. Cafe and bar in site
No me gustó: There was a cafe and bar on site which was fab to have so we grabbed a bacon sandwich before we left but it was a bit pricey for what we got unfortunately.

Hi, Thankyou for taking the time to review our site we are happy to enjoyed what we have to offer.
Our check in window of between 3pm & 7 pm works well with most campers also crucial for us.
It gives campers the chance of arriving in East Devon early in the day and enjoying whats on offer , being only 15 or 20 minutes from local beeches, then arriving here ,setting up and getting the bbq going with plenty of play space for the children to run around. Of course our tea room / restaurant / bar is available including local farm cider.
We hope you make it back here again soon.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The owners were great. We rang ahead to let them know we were going to be arriving post the check in time so they gave us detailed information for what to do when we arrived. Gorgeous views from the meadow once we'd arrived.
No me gustó: Nothing. The only 'disappointing' part for us was that we arrived on a Monday night and on the Tuesday the tea room / farm shop is closed. Both looked incredible from the outside so gutting to have missed out.
Hilly site with great views but very basic. Staff very friendly.

No me gustó: Road noise as the only flat pitches are next to a fairly fast road. It would have been noisy in a tent.
Toilet and shower facilities very basic for the price. Only one small toilet and shower block. Not a problem as the site wasn’t busy but if it was full there would definitely have been some queueing.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to review our camping site.
The block you probably used has 4 toilets and three showers, over on the other unit there are 2 more ladies toilets, one gents cubicle plus 2 urinals. Also a parent and family room with toilet,shower and baby changing unit.
All showers are of course free as is the WIFI which has availability all over the sight.
Maybe you didn't have time to read your welcome letter detailing what is available.
Our other campers were down with us the evening of your stay enjoying the local cider and ale, relaxing , smelling the roses.
The road is a smallish one not even having a number,so traffic shouldn't be too much of an issue and totally out of our hands.

Everything here you could need and kept basic but practical… the couple that own and run the place are warm and friendly and very accommodating… they even popped some flowers in their wedding area for us to enjoy as it was our Anniversary… super thoughtful… all in all we had a wonderful stay here… would definitely return…

Hi, thankyou for the lovely review. We always try to do our best for guests, camping or otherwise.
Because our site is so diverse we have to allocate the pitches so everyone gets what suits their camping unit.
There are actually 3 showers in the block,along with the 4 toilets.
Maybe you didn't get chance to read your welcome letter, it explains there is more rest rooms over in the main reception / restaurant block, 2 ladies toilets, 1 men's & 2 urinals. Also a family room with toilet,shower and baby changing table.
I'm pointing this out to help others who maybe otherwise put off.

We always serve the baps warmed for maximum enjoyment. prices for contents have increased as have labour and overheads, ( except as yet VAT hasn't increased in that time).therefore reducing our margin , to date we have kept the same price since 2021 with no immediate plans to increase.
Gerald & Pam try always give value for money and feel that we charge a fair price for our menu.
We enjoyed your visit and pleased to know the children had fun with everything.
