No me gustó: Food was stolen out of are gazebo whilst sleeping, the whole 8 years I've been camping I have never had anything stolen wouldn't be bothered but it was the food for my youngest child. Really wish there was shower facilities

Weve stayed at all times and its never too conjested, always have a big area to ourselves and pretty much always get to choose the spot. Absolutely great on Sunny days with the river for a cooldown, evenings have always been pretty tranquil with firepit going, had the odd neighbour playing music but its never been excessive or impeded on any of our trips.
Toilets facilities always clean and stocked up.
Some nice walks to be had in the area
No wifi - love it …. Keeps the family off their devices
Weve recommended Avon to several friends who have also loved it.No me gustó: Could benefit from some sort of eco shower or two maybe something similar… especially if your there for quite a few consecutive nights, there is always the river when the weathers nice but it is UK and that sun doesnt stay out long.
Also optional bin disposal even if small surcharge required, i agree with taking it home but if your camping for several days those bags mount up especially if your a family or big group.

If customers are struggling with their litter, we can take it for you as we appreciate that it's not always practical

Thanks for you feedback, we have several wardens onsite so not sure if you stayed at the right site?
You also receive a welcome text on the day of arrival which, if you inform us we will let you know.
We do allow fires and we do allow people to choose their own pitch which they like, but sadly we can't control if they we up-wind of you and sounds like were too close, but either way, if you let us know, we would of helped no problem
