Stayed on a non electric grass pitch in my MH, nice and flat with lovely views, well kept. Shower/facilities very clean.

No me gustó: Closed every toilet and shower whilst we were there after the weekend rush, no explanation or warning. I contacted them and was advised it was last minute and would be closed our whole stay. They were opened in time for the weekend rush again. After asking we were refunded one nights stay. Very disappointing as we paid over £42 per night for no facilities. Reception have a disabled shower which was terrible, it trickled out. We were massively over charged for our stay.
Thank you for your feedback – it’s much appreciated. We did speak while you were onsite and I explained the issue with the facilities was due to unforeseen problems with the newly installed toilet block and drainage, which the plumbers were working to resolve.
There is full facilities available in the main building, though we understand this may have been inconvenient.
Regarding the shower, this is the first time we've been made aware of a low flow, and as it's usually busy, we’re surprised not to have heard more – but we’ll definitely look into it.

No me gustó: The steps to the toilet and shower block are a bit steep and have no handrail. Our only minor complaint, everything else was great.

The site is very clean with places to walk our dog.
Shower block was clean and tidy with a shower toilet and sink in each cubicle giving privacy rather than all in the same block.
The on site licensed cafe served tasty food and drink and the staff are very friendly and couldn’t help enough with anything needed
They had live music on the Saturday and the weather made the stay even more enjoyable.
The site is very quiet so a good nights sleep was had after a lovely day in the sun drinking, chatting and listening to the entertainment.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be visiting again!No me gustó: Alcohol was a bit pricey however we have paid more in some pubs…..we were on holiday so didn’t mind in the slightest.

Also the cafe and marina area was a lovely way to spend the evening. Esp the live music and chatting to some of the people with canal boats.
Toilets were amazing- little cubicles with toilets and showers all in one.No me gustó: Fair walk to the toilets in the middle of the night but not too bad!
