Quality in general, should be promoted as adult only as there is nothing provided for children.
Upkeep very high and staff very attentive and caring.

Maybe it’s because we visited a week before Easter but there was little in the way of atmosphere which is a weakness and would be a strong reason for a re-visit.

Plenty of room on pitches ,toilet/showers/heating absolutely immaculate, food in cafe spot on,site as a whole is immaculate, would definitely recommend 👌

We only needed a one night stay over and found that this was an excellent choice, good size pitch with electric hook up and water at hand, really good showers and toilet facilities and very quiet as it’s a couple of hundred yards off the road.

Can’t really give a bad point other than the Elsan point was in the Marina car park but this was easy to get to and was clean

Pitches very generous in size, plenty of room to maneuver. Lovely setting over the marina and the coffee shop is lovely. Staff members are brilliant! always smiling, very polite and the toilet/shower block is absolutely immaculate. Cannot fault. Will be back 100%

Spacious pitches. Would be good walks but far too boggy in fields to try.but we will return in better weather to do them.didnt meet the owners but all information was sent and we found it no problems.shower/toilet room spotless and warm. Will return as very peaceful place..

Nice big pitch, not really much privacy all very open but that didn’t really bother me. Shower rooms excellent, very clean and showers good and water hot!
Nice cafe on the Marina and if weather had permitted would be nice to sit and watch all the canal boats.
Nice place for a couple of nights, which is what I wanted, but not a holiday destination really.

No real dislikes at all… apart from weather when I was there and there’s no controlling that!!
Never saw a member of staff either so can’t comment on them.

We stay here often in our touring caravan , the pitches are large, fairly level and most are fully serviced. It is a good halfway point (for us) between home, and visiting family. It is always well kept, has spotless facilities, and reasonable nightly rates. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The on site cafe is really good too. The site is also in a beautiful part of the country, next to the canal & surrounded by more wonderful places to visit. Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool are all within an hour, but more locally there are more places than I can mention, many of them steeped in medieval history. Nantwich is a great place to spend a few hours, and Sandbach has a good Thursday market, and there is a general grocers (godwin/godfrey/ something like that, which sells a huge variety of cheeses, goodies and has a fantastic deli. Loads of lovely local pubs and restaurants in around surrounding towns and villages. Alton Towers is also only a stone’s throw from here.
