Very clean and tidy. Nice open field for the glamping. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing bird life at dusk and swallow or swifts swooping through the field during the day. Very nice cafe area, great service lovely to see the boats. Great music in the evening. Good for access to Tatton Park VW show - not too far. Nice open fields on site.No me gustó: Double bed mattress was extremely hard. Personal taste i guess. No shop on site for basic camping, supplies. Make sure you remember what you need. Hot water wasn't running on outside tap when washing up. Heater needed in the tent for cooler evenings? Bell tent of course has no cooking options. Perhaps add an adventure playground ?

We really appreciate your constructive feedback as well. Mattress comfort can definitely come down to personal preference. We have now fixed the hot water tap outside but thank you for letting us know. A heater in the tent for cooler nights is a great suggestion, as is the idea of an playground — thank you for these!

A gorgeous setting on location alongside boat moorings, having ample room with a mix of pitches, and access to dog walks along the canal. We loved the onsite cafe/restaurant though the food was a bit hit and miss (full English breakfast was best!) Really great facilities… the numerous toilet/showers were clean and functional. We stayed 2nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We’d definitely visit again.
