Loved the site and the facilities and the friendly owners. As well as the owls and the stars and the quiet.

The site was perfect for us. We took a short break to discover the Kings Lynn area and this was an ideal base for us. The simple set-up attracted similar campers outside of the school holidays. The facilities were clean and pretty comprehensive. Much more than we've grown to expect on small farm sites.
The owners were present for any problems but otherwise left us to enjoy our peace and quiet.

A wonderful place to stay and relax. But within an easy distance to cycle, dog walks or drive to the surrounding coast & towns. I would recommend this site to people who liked horses, dogs & rural countryside.

I didn’t dislike anything.

Clean toilets and showers, Lovely walks. Large pitches. Beautiful part of the country. Although a working farm, there was no noise at all, very peaceful.

Beautiful site, well maintained. Quiet and peaceful with lovely walks right from the farm. Host was polite and kind providing plenty of info on arrival. Small washing up area available too and clearly notified with cleaning times for facilities. Love our stay here.

Only one shower and toilet for all of the guests which is tough for kids that can’t wait long.

Small, quiet. Good facilities including fridge, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Clean toilet and good shower. Small pond - saw children catching lots of small fish.
Good walks from site.

This is a jewel in the crown of a site, really welcoming owners, full of information on the local area and what is around to do and further, pitches are HUGE we had our touring caravan and thought we took up lots of room with the awning caravan and car but we had the opportunity for more if needed, as it is a working farm also lots of animals about from the sheep being hearde into next field which was fun to watch and the farmer even getting other children involved so they didn't stray, we stayed here for 2 weeks so saw lots of coming and goings of other campers. But the highlight was when 2 lady's came with there horses and also camped too so we had horses right outside or caravan windows which was really nice, some very long walks are about this site to, and if you are into history then the old ruins on site will give you such enjoyment, while we were here a group of archeology students turned up and were digging around the ruins for finds and other treasures , some days we sat outside just tobwatch the planes that were taking off from the nearby air base RAF Marham and oh what a show we would get and very load, days out included Cromer Gt Yarmouth etc etc all within an hour of the site there are some local shops but if you want bigger there is a Tesco extra 10 mins drive up the road. Back to the site, there are good services for camping and caravanning from staggered water pipe around the field bins which are close to the pitch area's an Elson point, only down part was there wasn't a pipe to swill your toilet tank when emptying but that's the only draw back, I have to agree with site owners a very good torches are needed, as we had our caravan we did not need to use the site shower but it does cost £1 for the shower, during the evening this site is fantastic if you are into night sky's very little to no light pollution and the sounds of owls foxes and the odd rustling sounds of either horses or sheep. There is a pond on site to which you can take out the little boat that is available on the bank side complete with oars, but as the farmer/owner said it is at your own risk, we also had frequent visitors from the farm dogs to which roamed and Bentley which came more than often loves cuddles and belly rubs
As a family we give this site a solid 9.7/10, we downgraded it slightly only for the reason for the only reason of a lack of pipe to swill your toilet tank but you must remember we are in a touring caravan and not in a tent which if we were it would be solid 10 for people that use a mobile device then a good 4g connection is available

The setting was lovely. The pitch was more than ample. It was lovely to see all the animals Maise being our favourite the facilities although being basic, were kept lovely and clean plenty of places to visit and although due to the weather we didn't complete the local walk we absolutely loved it would recommend a stay here x

Our second visit , love this campsite , so informal and quiet , fishing lake is a great bonus , I was lucky enough to see a water snake swimming past as I fished , and some strange giant Guinea pig things having a drink ,
They have fire pits and you can get a giant bag of logs for a fiver.
It’s quite remote so there’s nothing really in walking distance.
But a short drive there are pubs and take aways .
All in all a great place
